This month I'm discussing nutritional advice for children in terms of an essential fats supplement. These essential fats are needed by the body (eg like protein) but cannot be made by the body, and therefore must be consumed (from your diet or supplements). The omega-3s are the most critical building blocks of the brain. It boosts brains, strengthens immune systems and lifts mood. For children who don't eat oily fish (e.g., sardines, salmon or mackerel) twice a week, omega-3s are in short supply during the most critical stages of brain development. Therefore Im recommending one of the best supplements for children- Eskimo-3 Kids.
