5 Signs You Have A Fussy Eater?

I know you have done your best with your child, but having a fussy eater is something we can work on together to improve.

  1.  They’re eating an unbalanced diet, usually with lots and lots of carbohydrates and their variety of foods is quite limited, with little or no vegetables.
  2. They’re hesitant to try changes to their usual food; even small changes, such as a different flavour/brand.
  3. They have strong likes or dislikes including certain textures.
  4. They may want to only eat their favourite foods.
  5. They may eat different to the rest of the family, especially the evening meal.
