Fuss Free Eating 

If you’ve tried different ways of feeding your child(ren) and they haven't really worked, it might mean you haven’t found the right way…yet.  

 

Do you want:

  • Less stress at meal times?
  • Reduced workload? I recommend that you do things differently, rather than making separate food for your child, hiding all their veg. etc.
  • Fast changes? Eating habits can be quickly and successfully changed with just a few consultations, often in less than 100 days. Many parents report progress after just the first or second consultation, and they continue to build on this progress after each consultation. 

 

I use a  different approach to transform how your child thinks and feels about food. I focus on changing behaviours, that is how you interact around food with your child(ren). This then changes HOW your kid eats as well as what they eat. The goal is your child(ren) eating and enjoying a wider variety of foods.

 

Each consultation is personalised. The starting point is where your kids are at, at the moment.

 

Step-by-step help 

Each consultation provides step-by-step help to achieve Fuss Free Eating. There are usually 3 to  4 consultations required for the greatest benefits, but it varies depending on the individual child.  

 

Steps include:

  • Getting your child on board.
  • Starting to introduce change using their existing diet. 
  • How exactly to offer new foods.
  • How to motivate your child to repeatedly taste new foods.
 
Consultations are available in person, online or by phone, and occur once every 3 weeks.
 
Each consultation lasts up to 1 hour and fee is €70.
