I use a different approach to transform how your child thinks and feels about food. I focus on changing behaviours, that is how you interact around food with your child(ren). This then changes HOW your kid eats as well as what they eat. The goal is your child(ren) eating and enjoying a wider variety of foods.
Each consultation is personalised. The starting point is where your kids are at, at the moment.
Each consultation provides step-by-step help to achieve Fuss Free Eating. There are usually 3 to 4 consultations required for the greatest benefits, but it varies depending on the individual child.
- Getting your child on board.
- Starting to introduce change using their existing diet.
- How exactly to offer new foods.
- How to motivate your child to repeatedly taste new foods.
