Others did advise me but I found their advice too difficult to follow such as cutting out all snacks.

How does it work?

  • Establishing healthy eating habits is much more about what you do, so the approach is parent led.
  • It is child-centred – we don’t expect your child to do anything that they aren’t comfortable with, at that time.
  • Providing straightforward, practical actions in a positive way to grow healthy, happy eaters 

What do you get?

  • A personalized consultation is available in –person or online (Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
  • Each consultation lasts up to 60 minutes.
  • This is followed by personalised recommendations and step-by-step action plan, sent by email.
