Why I recommend you to prioritise this course now

  • Unfortunately healthy eating doesn’t happen automatically for lots of little ones. While there is often a honeymoon phase for babies where they usually eat what’s offered, this can change dramatically in toddlerhood.

I feel it is best to support our toddlers’ eating, the same as we would with learning other essential life skills such as reading.

  • Do you know that studies have found fussy eating can be as high as 50% in young children (that’s 1 out of every 2 children)

    Plus 1 in 3 of typically developing kids (or more) don’t outgrow this type of eating;

so for these little ones, their eating doesn’t improve by itself (and unfortunately usually gets worse over time).

  • Many parents of fussy eaters tell me they regret not seeking expert advice earlier for their toddlers’ eating.

As with most things prevention is usually better than cure so don’t wait for poor eating to become a long-term habit.

Why this course?

  • This course contains straightforward, practical, positive strategies you can start implementing straight away to help your toddlers’ eating; rather than leaving it to chance or hoping it will happen by itself.
  • All the content of this course is based on the last number of years I have spent empowering parents on a 1-1 basis, to successfully reverse fussy eating in their toddlers and children.
  • Often parents come to me with a fussy eater(s) but they also want to prevent the same pattern happening in younger siblings or with future siblings. That is why I’ve included some extra advice on starting weaning.

Feedback From Other Parents

Are you ready?

To get instant access now and watch all 16 videos, each of a few minutes duration, each covering a different topic to help ensure your toddler(s) grow into happy, healthy eaters.

F.A.Q.

I hear stories all the time from parents about the huge toll fussy eating takes on their children, including siblings and themselves. Some parents tell me they can’t sleep at night as they’re so worried about their child’s eating. Other parents are very concerned that other siblings will follow the fussy child’s habits, which unfortunately often happens.

I want to help you to prevent these problems developing in the first place (often fussy eating starts in toddlers), and escalating to a point where some parents tell me they feel their child’s eating is hopeless.

The course is designed specifically for busy parents like you and me so its consists of 16 videos, of a few minutes duration each.

The course is self-paced, so you can watch whatever videos you want, and you can watch some now and some later.

The course comes with lifetime access so you can watch videos at any time in the future, as new challenges arise.

This course has been developed by Dr Colette Reynolds (PhD) who works with parents of babies from 7 months old since 2017. She works with many parents of toddlers and children to successfully reverse fussy eating and create lifelong healthy eating habits.

Colette has extensive training in Psychology and Health Promotion, as well as Nutrition Coaching and Food Parenting. She has previously worked with the Irish Cancer Society and lectured in Public Health and Psychology.
