Create Healthy Eating Habits, Early

Many parents (and caregivers) have questions about how to feed babies, toddlers or children,  from how to start  a baby on solids to dealing with the challenges of feeding toddlers and young children.

Using my extensive psychology background, I focus on what we as parents (and caregivers) can do to create lifelong healthy eating habits for our children, regardless of where their starting point is.

ON-DEMAND WEBINAR

How To Reduce Frequent Snacking

Frequency snacking or grazing is very common among toddlers and children, and is often one of the main causes of fussy eating in children.

This is because if a child eats frequently, they are
1. less likely to be hungry for mealtimes,
2. foods usually served for snacks are often what I call ‘snack type foods’ such as crackers, yoghurt or fruit.

If a child eats these ‘snack type foods’ frequently, they may be less interested in eating more ‘meal-type foods’ such as dinner which may have more soft /wet /mixed textures.

Imagine after completion of How To Reduce Frequent Snacking you will be more confident to ensure your child(ren)

Don’t fill up on snacks and drinks in between meals

Are more likely to be hungry for meal times

Therefore, may be more likely to eat what is offered at mealtimes and eat like the rest of the family.
