Do you find the following with your child(ren):
- They’re eating an unbalanced diet, usually with lots and lots of carbohydrates?
- Their variety of foods is limited, with little or no vegetables?
- They have strong likes or dislikes including certain textures or foods not touching?
- They are hesitant to try small changes, such as a different brand?
- They may want to only eat their favourite foods, and eat different to the rest of the family?
- The evening meal is the most challenging?
- Little enjoyment of food: eats with distractions, lengthy mealtimes, eats certain foods only camouflaged (in other foods or liquids)?
