Discover more about fussy eating in children and how to help your child(ren)!
Everyone hopes a child(ren)’s eating will just get better, if they wait long enough….unfortunatley limited diets don’t generally improve with time!
In this free webinar you will learn:
- What fussy eaters eat and don’t eat (using very different examples, including preferences for certain textures ).
- The effects of picky eating on the child(ren) themselves, in particular the 3 most common health effects I see.
- The effects of their eating on the whole family, including other siblings and parents.
- How diets can become more limited over time
- How ways of eating can become a habit quickly (without us even realising and continue long-term)

I found this webinar very informative and it was so easy to follow, with loads of great tips on how to introduce new, healthy and easy habits.
It all made sense really, which makes it easier to follow. Thank you, Colette

Thanks Colette, this webinar was really good, especially the causes of stress and what we can do about them. Of course, the more stressed I am, the more stressful the meal is for my kids.
So, I really liked how you suggested instead of focusing so much on the food itself, that we focus more on other aspects of the meal.
And making small changes like this has made such a big difference in my house, so mealtimes are more enjoyable for everyone 😊

I recently listened to Colette's webinar on how to create positive meal times. I realised afterwards, that yes, I too try to get my kids to finish their meals because I feel they need to eat it all to fuel them correctly. This of course is not the best approach.
The webinar has helped me to stop doing this, as well as listen more and pay more attention to what my kids are telling me.
As a result, meal times have become much more relaxed. Thank you.
